We keep this simple because our website does one thing: it lets you send us an inquiry.

We collect only the information you choose to provide through the contact form:

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

- Maintain our own business records
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email to addresses submitted through this form.
4. Cookies and bot protection
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We do use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated abuse. Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie and processes limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from bots. It is not used to track you across other websites.
We also store your language preference (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate this website and the firm's systems. They process information only on our instruction:
- Cloudflare — website delivery, DNS, and Turnstile bot protection
- Cloud hosting — the firm's own server infrastructure, on which inquiry records are stored
- Email and file services — used to receive and retain correspondence
Inquiry records are stored on infrastructure controlled by the firm, in a database accessible only to the firm.
6. How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to maintain our business records, and to satisfy professional and legal obligations. If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we ordinarily remove it within three years.
If an inquiry becomes a project, records are retained for the life of the project record, consistent with professional practice for engineering documents.
7. How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all traffic, an access-controlled database, administrative access limited to the firm, and bot protection on the public form.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to notifying affected individuals as required by applicable law if a breach affecting personal information occurs.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Request that we delete your inquiry record
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you further
